She has 25+ years of experience in leadership roles at growth companies. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief of Staff and SVP, Client Services at 3Pillar across seven years, responsible for client acquisition and growth across multiple industry verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Previously, Beller was VP, Product Management at Employee Navigator, a SaaS company providing online benefits administration and HRIS solutions to insurance brokers. Prior to that, she started the Digital Experience practice at Celerity where she defined and led the company\u2019s digital service offerings. She held previous leadership roles at Ironworks Consulting and in Arthur Andersen\u2019s Business Consulting practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
